Seventh, strengthen the innovation of coal mine gas prevention and control technology, promote coalbed methane exploration and development and the research and development of key technology and equipment for gas prevention and control, strengthen the construction of gas prevention and control technology support system, and improve the coalbed methane (coal mine gas) standard system. Eighth, improve the coordinated development mechanism of coalbed methane and coal resources, and strengthen the supervision and inspection of coalbed methane exploration and development.
